  Very saddened and disgusted to read certain reviews on this page. I've been there, and personally find it very inspiring to see such a prominent organisation giving the Mai-Wel participants a go! I would wait three hours to be served by someone with a disability, be guaranteed a smile and give a fellow human a little bit of hope! You are a disgrace foxhound - go cry into your zinger burger somewhere else

  Fantastic service here. Only problem is sometimes it can be hard to get a park. The staff member Kaleb did a fabulous job preparing my meal and was very professional.

  If you visit after 8pm, be prepared for horrible food. Rock hard chicken that looked like it had been baked in the Sahara dessert for several days. Store manager needs an attitude adjustment!

  This KFC outlet is one of those places that's started employing all the mongoloids from Mai-Wel (a job service provider that basically specializes in getting disabled people into jobs), and ever since then the quality of service has dropped VERY sharply. over the last month or so I've repeatedly had them leave things out of my order, given me WRONG orders, filled my chip packet up only a quarter of the way full, given me hot drinks, make me wait an extra 5 minutes while they try and sort my order out.....

  Your experience here will depend largely on who is working at the time and i hope to christ the manger is reading this so he/she knows what a shockingly bad outlet they are running!

  There's one girl they have there who has a bottle of spray and a cloth in one hand who literally just walks from one side of the counter to the other back and forth and back and forth. she wouldn't even know what day of the week it is. if this is the sort of people they're hiring it's no wonder they're service has become so poor.... I don't care if i sound nasty saying this because managers ought to know that when there's this kind of incompetency in your work place, people ARE going to start getting angry!

  Consistantly has the longest drive through of any KFC (or maccas) that I have ever been to. Only has a single drive through lane, but also has little to no parking nearby. Another reason for the line is that alot of the local takeaway joints close quite early so you are left with the typical kfc/maccas options.

  It's so frustrating but this is what society has come to now. The government want disabled people in jobs and all it's doing is sending respectable franchises backwards.... I can't wait until the food court is open in greenhills at the end of this month so i can give this KFC the flick once and for all...

  If you happen to strike it lucky and go in there at a time when there's competent staff on, no problem you're food will come out quick as grease lightning. if you go in there when there's 3 or 4 mai-wel clients working. god forbid you're in for a bad experience... My advice to you and i speak this as truly as possible...
