  If i could give it a 0 I would the customer service in this place so bad I have been here about 4 times n all 4 times its been so bad they don't know no to treat customers so rude n up them selfs can I just remind u that we pay so pull ur finger out n learn some customer service

  My hairdresser kept leaving intermittently while doing my hair to go do something else and never bothered to excuse herself or apologise for taking 10 minutes at a time. When she was doing my hair, she was very rough and threw my head around. I specifically said I wanted my hair cut straight (blunt) - I now have layers I need to grow out. I had to finish my shopping afterwards without a jumper (its still freezing and I'm getting over a cold) as she got so much hair down my back that wearing it was unbearable. Then tried to sell me a $30 treatment on top of the $50 that this horrible haircut cost me.

  Pathetic experience on their queueing method, they choose who they want to serve not “first come first serve” or even if you have an appointment. Funnily enough a guy even rebutted saying he came last, the epic response from hair cutter “no you came before them”. The person himself is saying he came last, the lady didn’t believe (or didn’t want to believe) and kept insisting that he came before. Then my son and I decided we are not letting this girl cut our hair.

  Plus i had a horrible experience with the hairdresser and apprentice, these workers arent child friendly! They had a lady with around 3 year old with her playing while she had her hair done and once they left the hairdresser mumbled "dont bring him back". I was shocked as i had my 6 month old with me while getting my hair done... the lady also told me a different price to what i was given at the counter but she only told me the higher price once she started cutting my hair!! all round horrible experience!!!
