    Rude and unhelpful staff, did not fill a large milkshake completely then argued with me when I complained. Poor service.

    I had a doughnut cake made in April and was very satisfied! Not a doughnut out of place! My daughter absolutely loved it! Excellent job!!!

    Waited almost 20 minutes for a coffee, cold drink and donuts - it was busy but no mention of extended waits and then no understanding or apology when I asked for my money back - straight on the defensive and honestly, very rude. Got my refund but she short changed me! Might have been a one off bad day but so disappointed with the service today!
